- Đất đai ở trung tâm thì đắt đỏ, nên phần lớn được dành để xây dựng các tòa nhà, công trình chứ hiếm khi có các không gian xanh như hồ nước hay vườn cây. Nên muốn sống xanh ở trung tâm quả là rất khó.
